Full Terms & Conditions:

1. Promoter. The promoter is Sydney Diesel Centre, ABN 34 686 479 087, of 126 Cumberland Hwy, Smithfield NSW 2164, Australia (“Promoter”).
2. Promotion period. The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30 September 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility. Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase eligible products and/or services from the Promoter during the Promotion Period, including both Account Customers and Cash on Delivery (COD) customers. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families may enter unless otherwise prohibited by law.
4. How to enter. During the Promotion Period, customers automatically receive entries into the prize draw based on the value of a single eligible invoice. For every AUD $500 spent (excluding GST and freight charges) on one invoice, the customer receives one (1) entry into the draw. For example: $500–$999.99 (ex GST & freight) = 1 entry; $1,000–$1,499.99 = 2 entries; $1,500–$1,999.99 = 3 entries. Entries are allocated in whole-number increments only — partial amounts do not qualify for additional entries.
5. Eligible purchases. New Parts, Accessories, Service, Diagnostics, Repairs, Pump Room Services, Power Solutions, and Reman Products. The entry calculation is based solely on the value of eligible goods and services purchased on a single invoice, excluding GST and freight.
6. Ineligible transactions. GST amounts; freight, delivery, shipping and handling charges; cancelled orders; refunded purchases; credit notes; warranty claims; goodwill repairs or services provided at no charge; and any transactions the Promoter deems fraudulent or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions are excluded.
7. Automatic entry. Eligible customers are automatically entered — no separate entry form is required. The Promoter will use invoice records to determine the number of entries awarded.
8. Prize. There is one (1) prize to be won: a Weber Q 2000N Gas BBQ (LPG), part number 3400043, flame red, valued at RRP $539 (inc GST). Prize details: weber.com. The prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
9. Prize draw. The draw will take place on 9 October 2026 at the Promoter’s premises or another location determined by the Promoter. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
10. Winner notification. The winner will be notified within five (5) business days of the draw by email and/or telephone. The winner’s first name, surname initial and company name may also be published on the Promoter’s website, social media channels and/or marketing communications unless prohibited by law.
11. Claiming the prize. The winner must claim the prize within 30 days of notification. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, refuses the prize, or does not claim it within 30 days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw.
12. Redraw. If required, any redraw will take place on 9 November 2026 at the same location as the original draw. Any redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner.
13. Customer details. Customers are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and up to date. The Promoter accepts no responsibility if a winner cannot be contacted due to inaccurate or incomplete customer information.
14. Privacy. By participating, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for administration of the promotion, contacting winners, verifying eligibility, and promotional and marketing purposes where permitted by law, handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
15. Liability. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, technical errors, or any loss, damage or injury arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance and use of the prize.
16. Fraud and manipulation. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants, and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
17. Cancellation or variation. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, subject to any applicable legal requirements.
18. Acceptance of terms. Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
